Eyes peeled

Postby max » Wed Sep 26, 2012 9:58 pm

If you Forumers can keep your eyes peeled Im on the lookout fo a second hand Yak,not a flash Hobie but something that I wont be sitting in water .I intend to use it mainly to get up places like shallow channel etc. on low tide where I can get out & walk the sand bars & fish the drop offs as the tide pushes up,cheers  .There was one up on the Sunny coast for 300 bucks but it was going to cost that much again to get it here .

Will check with a guy at my work. He has one and was contemplating selling it and upgrading to a hobie.

Thanks mate will do.Im in real rush but if a bargain comes up im all over it  .Im going to have to compromise a bit as I would like s/thing I could have a bit of a play in the surf ,river at Nymbodia & of course do a spot of fishing & not be too heavy to get on top of Pajero,I think if i wanted just a fishing craft Id have to go with the Hobie but s/thing more basic is best for what I want I  think
