Re: Save The Solitary Islands
My additional response as follows
Why is the immediate response to declining fishing numbers to lock out fishermen? instead of fixing polution issues, habitat destruction (such as mangroves), controlling siltation and runoff, and proper controls of waste water.
I holiday in Northern NSW, and the proliferation of green zones is getting so thick that it is hardly worth my while coming down anymore. All I want to do is a have a fish with my kids, but it is getting so complicated to work out where I can fish, and these areas are getting so small, it is ridiculous.
