Land based By-Catch.

Postby pink nipper » Mon Mar 24, 2014 10:37 am

This isn't the first time I've had
by-catch stuck in the crab pot but
this was unexpected. :spider:

At home I could hear something behind
the tool shed and upon further investigation
it turned out to be a very big land based lizard.
It had somehow got it's head through about half
a dozen loops and was totally stuck. :problem:

My daughter took a video of me removing the beast.
Ended up having to cut the netting from around it's neck.
The lizard then made off straight down the hill
into the chicken coop and I had to re house the chooks last night
as the thing refused to come out. :wtf:

I'm thinking of resetting the crab pot in the hen house
today.

Nip. : winky:

Never caught a goanna but have pulled in quite a few dragons on surface lures.
